I got a quote from Ian but did most of my communication with Allan via private messenger I found it worked better for everyone. I am so glad I did the price quoted was reasonable too. Allan and Josh done an excellent job and transformed my bathroom from a wet room into one with a bath/shower. They were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Our shower room took a week to do and it looks amazing. Ian and Allan challenged a couple of my decisions but explained why. Ultimately they said they would carry out my wishes. I took their advice and am so glad. What a fabulous job they did. They even put up with my OCD. The guys work so hard and checked with me daily to ensure everything was just right. I would highly recommend them.

Would highly recommend Allan had a problem with washing machine & dishwasher hoses under sink was very responsive came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem very reasonable price thanks again excellent service

Ian, Allan and Thomas were with us for 6 days. They faced a few challenges with our en-suite but nothing was too much for them. They worked so hard, were fun to have around, really personable and professional. The workmanship is outstanding as is their attention to detail. They challenged some of our decisions and I’m glad they did. They proved to be the difference between a mediocre and an outstanding finish. Thanks guys.

Needed an emergency plumber late on a Saturday night. Received a very quick response from Allan to arrange an appointment and he arrived first thing on Sunday morning. Quickly investigated and repaired the problem and will be writing and sending us a report for our insurers...he even waiting while we went to buy a new part to save us a second call out. Very friendly and professional and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and we will used them again in the future.

Excellent service. Very quick response when I sent a message for a quote for an outside tap to be fitted. Ian and Allan were able to come out to do the job within a couple of days. It was slightly trickier due to some intetesting plumbing in a new build but they managed to fix the issue and install the tap quickly with no mess. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.
